CONSULTATIONS on the reporting requirements under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 are currently being conducted by the Department of Employment.
The department is inviting interested parties to provide feedback or make a submission in response to the workplace gender reporting requirements.
The purpose of the consultation process is to identify opportunities to streamline reporting requirements to ensure gender reporting represents the best value for effort and will drive change.
AREEA has drafted a submission on behalf of its members and is now seeking feedback on this submission.
