AREEA members will be aware that in the lead up to the 2016 federal election and beyond, AREEA is heavily campaigning for five workplace relations reforms essential to getting Australia’s workplace relations system back on track, and creating a workplace environment that encourages investment and employment in the resource industry.
As part of this ongoing ‘5 reforms over 5 years’ campaign, AREEA has launched a new webpage which includes:
- Information on AREEA’s five workplace relations reform priorities including one-page fact sheets and detailed summaries.
- A button for visitors to show their support for the ‘5 reforms over 5 years’ campaign.
- Publications and documentation supporting the need for workplace relations reform including AREEA’s 2016 Federal Election Survey, AREEA’s submission to the Productivity Commission, KPGM research and AREEA’s letter to members of parliament.
- News and media coverage of AREEA’s workplace relations reform advocacy.
AREEA members are encouraged to share the ‘5 reforms over 5 years’ webpage and its contents with colleagues, across professional networks and through social media.
