Has your organisation achieved success in its gender diversity practices? Perhaps you implemented strategies that resulted in positive attraction, retention, inclusion or development outcomes for your organisation and its workforce?
It is now time to share your organisation’s success with the industry by nominating for the Australian Women in Resources Alliance (AWRA) Award 2014 as part of the AREEA Resource People Awards.
As the entry criteria details, the AWRA Award recognises an organisation that has developed outstanding and/or innovative strategies to increase the attraction and retention of female workers.
The winning organisation will have implemented workplace initiatives and practices that directly enhance the success of the organisation.
The applying organisation must be an AREEA member company, both at the time of application and the presentation of the award.
Applications must be lodged by a director of the relevant division or a senior management representative (through to chief executive officer). Nominations close 18 April 2014.
