AREEA is pleased to announce key speakers for the lunchtime session at the 2017 Resource Industry Employer Forum.

Next Tuesday, 22 August, in Perth, industry leaders will give keynote addresses during lunch, following the morning session from HR guru Dave Ulrich.

The Hon Bill Johnston, WA Minister for Mines and Petroleum, will open the lunchtime session, before AREEA Chief Executive Steve Knott AM takes the stage to discuss the big issues impacting the resources industry.

Industry leader Linda O’Farrell, Group Manager Fortescue People at Fortescue Metals Group will then give an insight into their company strategies in the workforce.

Linda will give an overview of the leadership, culture and workforce management strategies that underpin FMG performance and culture.

In what is a talent-filled program, the keynote addresses by these industry leaders will be followed by an interactive session with global activism and social license to operate guru Clark Herman.

Later on, the Gala Dinner and Industry Awards will celebrate the leaders and innovators of our industry.
