Deanna Carlon is an AMMA workplace relations specialist with particular expertise in the legal aspects of workplace and employee relations. Deanna joined AMMA in 2017 after completing her Juris Doctor and being admitted to legal practice.
She has broad experience and understanding across all facets of employee and workplace relations, primarily derived from working in the complex and fast-moving environment of a major telecommunications company.
She has dealt extensively with sensitive consultation with unions, as well as drafting, negotiating, and reviewing settlement agreements and deeds.
