AWRA has developed a fully funded one day workshop to assist organisations to attract, recruit, retain and reap the benefits of having talented women in their workforce.
The workshops are intended for HR and other professionals who are responsible for diversity and inclusion in their organisation. They are also suitable for small and medium business owners who wish to learn more about gender diversity and increase the participation of women in their workforce.
At the conclusion of the program, participants will:
- Understand why gender diversity is a business imperative;
- Have ideas for building an engaged and inclusive workforce; and
- Have strategies to attract and recruit women to their organisations, and to retain talented women by offering an employee value proposition including professional development and flexible work arrangements.
