IN THIS Federal Election year, AREEA members will have the unique opportunity of hearing directly from Minister for Employment Michaelia Cash, and Minister for Resources and Northern Australia, Josh Frydenberg, at the 2016 AREEA National Conferences taking place in Perth and on the Gold Coast.
Minister Frydenberg will address delegates at AREEA’s National Conference – East, taking place at Sea World on the Gold Coast on July 28. With continued challenges as the industry moves from a construction to a production focus, Minister Frydenberg will detail the government’s plans to support resource operators through this transition while stimulating further exploration and investment opportunities.
Minister Cash will address delegates at AREEA’s National Conference – West, in Perth on August 4. This is your chance to hear the government’s plans for workplace relations reform and explore how change will support resource employers in their daily business activities.
