Get in touch about this industry-first, national training program that delivers specific content and practical activities to contextualise mental health in the resources and energy industry.

Delivered by subject matter specialist Liz Tobin (consultant to Beyond Blue and other organisation) and AREEA’s workplace consultants, participants receive key insights, applications, practical activities, and practice mental health-based conversations as they relate to workplaces and situations in our industry.

Employers will be equipped with the practical tools to manage workplace mental health to ensure resources and energy workplaces are mentally healthy and safe.

The training covers a range of mental health theories and the application of important mental health workplace concepts and frameworks.

This program has been developed under the direction and guidance of AREEA’s Resources and Energy Industry Mental Health Advisory Board. It has been fine-tuned for delivery as a facilitated online, three hour interactive program to cater for site and workplace restrictions.
