AMMA has proudly established an exciting new program to bring together and inspire the next generation of leaders in the resources and energy sector – the Future Leaders Network.

In line with AMMA’s ambitions to ensure the development of future industry talent, the Network will provide valuable insights to leadership success stories, development opportunities and connections.

The Future Leaders Network will be launched at a lunchtime discussion forum on Friday 1 June (Melbourne CBD – venue TBA) involving Australian business leaders and role models, Peta Credlin and Karen Gee.

Peta Credlin – Sky News political commentator, television anchor and former Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Australia

Karen Gee – Successful fashion designer, entrepreneur and international businesswoman.

“Peta and Karen will share with attendees their personal leadership journeys and insights and advice for budding future managers, leaders and executives,” AMMA’s Director Workplace Relations, Amanda Mansini, said.

This short nomination form will ask why the candidates are suitable with respect to:

  • Current role
  • Path to higher leadership positions
  • Skills and qualifications
  • Professional passions and pursuits
