In this webinar, Dr Janine Cooper, Research Lead at Mindshape will provide insights into executive abilities, the impacts on decision making and how it relates to workforce mental health. The webinar will explore how stress and anxiety impacts our decision making and other executive abilities, and what strategies can be applied to ensure our executive abilities are at their working level.
Janine will also discuss the Resources and Energy Industry Workforce and Leaders Research being conducted by Mindshape in collaboration with AMMA. The research will inform the development of industry-specific interventions which maximise organisational productivity, improve the wellbeing of leaders and employees and assist in the recovery from impacts of COVID-19.
