With new record-keeping requirements and salary rules introduced to a number of Modern Awards relevant to the resources and energy industry from  1 March 2020, this one-hour webinar explores all aspects of these controversial new administrative rules.

AREEA’s Head of West Coast Workplace Relations, Ben O’Brien, will explain the impact on resources employers, including practical considerations, challenges and solutions.

Webinar participants will then be joined by a special guest, Cletus Brown (pictured) from the Fair Work Ombudsman, to discuss how the workplace regulator is approaching compliance, education and possible penalties related to the new salary rules.
