Meeting at least three times a year the Future Leaders Network provides participants with:
- Insights into leadership success stories
- Real life stories of persistence and overcoming barriers
- Development and support opportunities
- Connections with existing industry leaders and mentors
- Networking with other leaders of the future

Forum Leaders Network participants come from all management areas of the resources and energy industry – operations, human resources, engineering, site management, communications, marketing, logistics and much more.

The Network will launch in Brisbane and Perth in September 2018, and will also host a range of events throughout the year, providing the tools, experience and insights required to set aspiring leaders on a clear path to leadership.
