Young Professional Award
The AMMA Young Professional Award recognises an individual who has had a positive and noticeable impact on workforce-related processes or practices within their organisation.
Candidates must have no more than 10 years’ experience working in the fields of human resources, industrial relations or operations. Further, they must be an employee of a resources and energy-related company at both the time of application and award presentation. Nominations must be lodged by either a direct supervisor or a senior executive/manager of the business.
The winner of the 2019 AMMA Young Professional Award will be presented at the 2019 AMMA Gala Dinner in Melbourne.
The award winner will receive two tickets to attend the Gala Dinner on 1 August 2019. All travel arrangements are at own cost.
Award nominations should adhere to the following guidelines:
- 200 words on the HR/IR/workforce challenge faced by the individual;
- 300 words on developing and implementing a solution; and
- 300 words on the results and success metrics.
