We have implemented security measures designed to provide the peace of mind that you should expect when purchasing goods and services over the internet. ANZeGate is the payment gateway being utilized by the AMMA website.
We automatically delete all credit card details upon the completion of an order, and therefore retain credit card details for the shortest possible time. 11. Payment Options
AMMA offers users of this website two payment options for your convenience:
- Credit Card payment. AMMA a secured payment gateway called SecurePay.
- Invoice payment. We may require payment in full within 30 days of date of invoice but with particularly training and events we may require payment prior to attendance in which case terms may be anything between 7 to 14 days.
12. Pricing Policy
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of [20th August 2010]. Prices are regularly updated. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Please note that our Terms and Conditions vary between conferences and/or industry briefings and can be viewed on the registration form for the particular event.
14. Training Terms and Conditions
Access and Equity
AMMA is committed to ensuring we offer training opportunities to all people on an equal and fair basis. All participants who meet our entry requirements will be accepted into any of our training programs. Any questions regarding access and equity can be directed to the Registered Training Organisations Training Coordinator.
AMMA Fee Policy
Fees are levied on all of AMMA’s training programs. These fees are inclusive of course development, course notes, handouts, and delivery. Fees are payable at the time of enrolment.
AMMA Course Cancellation and Transfer Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing via fax or email. Cancellations received less than 10 (ten) working days prior to the commencement of the course will not be accepted. The participant or employer must pay the full cost of the course. Additional resources such as text books will incur an additional cost (via lopez). Fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program. Approved appropriate substitute delegates are welcome to attend for a transfer fee of $50.00.
Cancellations that occur more than 10 (ten) working days prior to the commencement of the course will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the course cost. Substitute delegates are welcome to attend for a transfer fee of $50.00.
Changes to Courses
AMMA reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. Where a refund is due to a client, a full refund will be sent within thirty days. AMMA reserves the right to change fees, dates, speakers or methods of presentation at its discretion and will ensure that a full refund of enrolment fees will be offered if a course is cancelled by AMMA.
Participants in exceptional circumstances can make application for special consideration to AMMA Registered Training Organisation Training Coordinator.
