Resources and energy professionals are invited to Workforce Insights 2019 – a professional development opportunity with a difference, coinciding with AREEA’s annual Gala Dinner on August 1 in Melbourne.

Catch up on workplace trends as industry leaders discuss the strategies they use to tackle key workforce challenges.
The interactive format will facilitate casual and authentic discussion, featuring industry leaders opening up about the issues that matter in the workplace during three sessions focusing on:
- Workforce and Workplace Relations, including innovative workplace relations strategies, risk mitigation, engagement and responding to external and legislative impacts.
- Workforce and Community, such as stakeholder and community engagement strategies, relationship management, company and brand reputation.
- Workforce and Workforce Transitions, including workforce planning, workforce change management, workforce development and adapting to rapidly-evolving technology.
The event builds on last year’s successful inaugural Workforce Insights session and offers a genuine professional development experience for human resources and workplace relations professionals.
