Simon White is AMMA’s maritime expert, advising members operating in the vessel, offshore drilling, diving, ROV and dredging industries. This includes assisting with the coordination of work scopes for the Gorgon and Ichthys LNG Projects and the renegotiation of offshore vessel and related enterprise agreements. Simon is currently working with a range of overseas contractors on strategies relating to vessel and facility movements to Australia and related complex visa and migration options.

Simon is an experienced individual with strong capacity across all components of human resources, employee relations and general business. He is able to communicate at all levels and has experience working with clients across a wide range of industries and sectors.

Simon has 20 years’ experience working for employer associations in the field of employee relations with a strong focus on strategic IR.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Business Degree with a double major in Industrial Relations and Management.

Being a Cert IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor enables Simon to present and measure training on human resource and employee relations issues on behalf of AMMA as a Registered Training Organisation.
