Learn from industry leaders on mental health and gender equality

From mental health to remedying the gender pay gap, Australian Resources and Energy Group AREEA is pleased to invite you to learn from industry experts at a series of webinars in February.

The first instalment for 2019 is part of AREEA’s Resources & Energy Mental Health Matters webinar series, designed to advise and inform organisations of the leading mental health initiatives across the industry.

Mental Health Matters with Tap Into Safety will delve into workplace mental health and what the future holds in this important area for resources and energy employers.

In this webinar Dr Susanne Bahn, Director/CEO of Tap Into Safety will present on ‘Next Generation in Workplace Mental Health’.

This presentation will examine current workplace mental health statistics, stigma, barriers to seeking help and ROI for businesses investing in mental health. It will then examine e-Mental Health solutions in providing support and data and demonstrate the Tap Into Safety mental health solution.

A little over a week later, the February Australian Women in Resources Alliance (AWRA) lunchtime webinar will focus on one of the most progressive companies for remedying the gender pay gap.
