While resources and energy employers lead the way in many gender diversity areas, there is a lot more work to be done.

The Australian Women in Resources Alliance (AWRA) invites you to shape the industry’s journey by taking part in the Resources & Energy Industry National Gender Diversity Survey 2018.

By telling us about your gender diversity and inclusion policies, programs and practices, you’ll greatly assist in focusing our efforts to the areas of highest value to the industry.

If you’re curious about how your organisation compares, your confidential participation will also enable us to benchmark your gender diversity journey against the rest of the industry.

The survey closes on 1 February 2019 at 5:00pm. We look forward to receiving your responses and providing your organisation with an individualised benchmarking report.
