Attract, recruit, retain and reap the benefits of a diverse workforce

AWRA invites both men and women in eligbile organisations to join us at the AWRA Gender Diversity Capability Workshops – where you can learn to build an engaged and inclusive workforce.

Fully funded in partnership with the Australian Government, this one-day workshop will help you learn the strategies to attract, recruit, retain and reap the benefits of a diverse workforce.

Workshops will be held in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Newcastle and Perth in October – December.  Spaces are limited and capped at 1-2 representatives from eligible organisations at each workshop.

Participants in the AWRA Gender Diversity Capability Workshops will gain skills and knowledge on:

• Why gender diversity is a business imperative
• How to develop a diversity strategy
• Strategies to attract and recruit women to their organisations
• Retaining skilled women through employee value propositions, such as professional development opportunities and flexible work arrangements
