AWRA accredited organisations are eligible to display the AWRA stamp and proudly promote industry ‘best practice’ and workforce diversity. 

In order to become accredited members and able to utilise the AWRA stamp, organisations must meet a set of minimum requirements to demonstrate proactive support for EOWA targets and AWRA values. These requirements are:

• To abide by EOWA targets.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the AWRA mission – “Strength Through Workforce Diversity” – and its associated values
• Commit to a minimum two key staff to undertake the AWRA induction program (to be introduced in mid 2012)
