AMMA and AWRA are excited to announce the launch of the AWRA Recognised™ Program, the resource industry’s only assessment program acknowledging employer efforts in supporting gender diversity in the workplace.
The AWRA Recognised™ Program assesses the diversity and inclusion policies, procedures and practices of participating organisation against a comprehensive framework linked to business performance and productivity.
The assessment reflects an organisation’s progress on its diversity journey and provides a clear picture of how it is positioned to meet legislative standards and international best-practice.
As a key outcome, employers receive a roadmap on how to take their organisation forward, with proven steps to harness the benefits of gender diversity in the workforce.
Participants are also awarded a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum AWRA Recognised ‘Stamp’, an important visual tool which can be utilised in branding and recruitment to demonstrate commitment to being a preferred resource industry employer of women.
