The AWRA e-Mentoring Program has successfully commenced five rounds of mentoring relationships and due to overwhelming demand for more mentors, a further two rounds will soon commence.

AWRA is seeking professionals across a range of occupations and levels to act as mentors and share lessons from experiences such as working in operational roles at remote locations or under challenging rosters.

In this innovative program, you can provide advice and assistance regardless of your location, using the online e-Mentoring platform and working with your mentee through a nine-month structured and supported process.

Please consider providing support and guidance to a woman in our industry by acting as a mentor.

AWRA aims to assist as many mentees as possible, so if there’s a junior female employee within your organisation who is based in a remote location and could benefit from the AWRA e-Mentoring Program, we encourage you to put them in touch with us as well. Participation in the program is subject to limited places and the availability of appropriate mentors.
