AWRA webinar: Mentoring success in focus
THE next mentoring-focused webinar brought to AREEA members by the Australian Women in Resources Alliance (AWRA) is fast-approaching. Our free lunchtime webinar, Art of Mentoring: How to make your mentoring program a success, will delve into how mentoring programs in the workplace can be successful. Melissa Richardson, Managing Director of Art of Mentoring, will share research on the organisational benefits of mentoring, advise on how to design and set up an effective mentoring program and be one of the smart companies achieving great outcomes in talent development, engagement and retention. The popular webinars are vital for anyone interested in increasing workforce gender diversity, particularly through remuneration practices.
