AMMA is the peak national employer association providing
training solutions to resource sector companies. The AMMA Training and
Development Team seeks to engage experienced training and development
professionals in national roles.
If you are a training and development professional with a proven
background in defining, devising and implementing training solutions in the
areas of supervisory development, frontline, human resource management or OSH
this is an exciting opportunity to have a rewarding career in a dynamic
industry.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
4 formal
adult learning qualifications;
4 relevant
tertiary or VET qualifications in HR, FLM, OSH or Project Management;
4 a solid
background in the design, delivery and implementation of supervisory,
frontline, human resource management or OSH training;
4 a sound
knowledge of adult learning principles and applicable training legislative
frameworks ;
4 great
communication skills; and
4 the
capability to work autonomously and within a close knit team environment.
