Australian
Mines and Metals Association (AMMA) is the national resources sector employer
association providing workplace relations and human resource management
consulting and training services to its members. An opportunity has arisen
for a motivated individual to provide
administrative support to the management and staff in AMMA’s Perth office.
This role will suit someone with experience in a similar role.
The successful applicant will be someone with a friendly disposition who
approaches their work with a sense of urgency. Your main responsibilities
will be to provide assistance and support to the Operations Director and a
team of specialist consultants. You will also be responsible for ensuring
the smooth day to day running of the office. Duties will include:
4 diary
management;
4 Word
processing, PowerPoint and Excel support;
4 IT
support;
4 organising
travel arrangements;
4 ordering
office equipment/supplies; and
4 meeting
and function organisation.
The successful candidate will:
4 have
excellent communication skills;
4 have
advanced Microsoft office skills;
4 have
great attention to detail;
4 work
autonomously and as part of a team;
4 have
advanced organisational skills; and
4 experience
in events management.
