EMPLOYER groups have joined forces in a bid to overturn a Fair Work Australia ruling that, business says, allows unions to ‘‘strike first, negotiate later’’.
The tribunal will hear an appeal on Monday by the Australian Mines and Metals Association against a decision that effectively allows workers to take industrial action if an employer refuses to negotiate.......
