A program aimed at increasing female participation in the resources industry was launched last week. The Australian Women in Resources Alliance will unite employer group the Australian Mines and Metals Association with miners and the Federal Government's Critical Skills Investment Fund to enact recommendations from the National Resource Sector Workforce Strategy.
