There's plenty happening in the west for thsoe willing to take on the challenge and make the move.
The value of Western Australia's mineral petroleum industry reached a record high of $107 billion in 2011 - an increased of 16% over the previous year - with the Australian Mines and Metals Association predicting a futher 83,000 workers will be required by 2015.
