Accredited training is nationally
recognised training that allows a person to work towards a qualification
(certificate) or complete a single unit of competency, for example operate a
forklift. Many of these competencies and certificates are skill based.
Certificates range from level 1 (Certificate I) to level 6 (Advanced Diploma)
depending upon the skill type and level that is wishing to be obtained.

AMMA also has a partnership with
another RTO which allows us to offer the Certificate IV Training and Assessment
(TAA40104) and the Diploma in Training and Assessment (TAA50104).
One of the most successful models
for implementing accredited training in the resource sector and allied
industries is the formation of RTO partnerships.
The RTO partnership model is based
on the organisation providing on-the-job training for employees with the use of
the organisation’s own trainers and assessors, while the RTO, in this case
AMMA, supervises and guides the training process in conjunction with the
organisation. The RTO also deals with regulatory and compliance issues for
statutory bodies on behalf of the organisation.
