AMMA research shows road to negotiation getting rockier for resources sector

Research conducted for AMMA by the RMIT University School of Economics, Finance and Marketing finds that whilst it is early days yet for the full impact of the Fair Work legislation to be felt, a number of issues are slowly emerging for employers in the sector. Of the 69 respondents to the research survey, 36.8 per cent said the workplace relations environment had deteriorated since the Fair Work Act came into operation.
