AMMA's Chief Executive Steve Knott presented AMMA's submission to the award modernisation hearing in Melbourne this morning.

The AMMA submission calls for the inclusion of the mining industry in the Commission's list of priority industries, acceptance of the draft flexibility clause proposed by ACCI and comends the Commission on its ambitious timetable.
