AMMA National Conference – The AMMA 2010 National Conference will be held 19-21 May 2010 at the Burswood Convention Centre in Perth. This is the key annual gathering for the resources sector’s decision makers. For further information, please click HERE.

 

REGULAR Events

 

AMMA holds events throughout the year to provide members with relevant, timely information as well as opportunities to network with industry peers.

 

*     AMMA Member Forums – AMMA conducts member forums on a regular basis at convenient locations for members. AMMA also conducts online forums, making it easy for members in remote locations to attend. Member forums are designed to keep AMMA members informed about important issues that impact on the resources and allied services sector. External speakers present on a range of relevant topics. AMMA member forums also act as an excellent networking opportunity facilitating the exchange of information. Members are advised by email of upcoming forums in their state. *     AMMA Briefings – Held throughout Australia, most recently throughout July 2010, these briefings detail important information affecting the industry. Briefings may be attended by non-members, however AMMA members receive a substantial discount on their attendance, click HERE.

 

*     AMMA Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings - With the support of AMMA’s members, AMMA established a number of Special Interest Groups. These groups are an opportunity to network with colleagues within the same field of operations, to discuss common issues of importance and to exchange non-confidential information about challenges and opportunities. *     AMMA End of Year Functions – Held in locations throughout Australia each year, usually in November, these functions are AMMA’s way of thanking members for their support throughout the year and to celebrate “The Year That Was” with AMMA Staff and industry colleagues, click HERE.

 

*     AMMA National Conference – The AMMA 2010 National Conference will be held 20-21 May 2010 at the Burswood Convention Centre in Perth. This is the key annual gathering for the resources sector’s decision makers. For further information, please click HERE. *     AMMA WA Conference – Held for the first time last year, this one-day meeting will be held annually in Western Australia and covers topics with a more regional focus.
