Tony Bradford – Principal Employee Relations Consultant

 

Tony is a Principal Employee Relations Consultant in AMMA’s Melbourne office and leads a number of Special Interest Group for AMMA members who operate from Sale Victoria, or work within the hydrocarbons upstream industry in Bass Strait.

 

Tony commenced with AMMA in 2008. Since then he has provided consulting and education services to a broad range of AMMA’s members, particularly to Victorian based members in the hydrocarbons industry. Tony represents AMMA members in Fair Work Australia; acts as bargaining representative for employers in negotiations with unions; drafts, reviews and lodges enterprise agreements; designs and conducts training and education programs; and conducts independent investigations.

 

Tony has 25 years’ experience in human resources and industrial relations. He commenced his career designing and conducting training and education programs for people involved in management, front line leadership and workforce representational roles. This was focused in industry-specific and enterprise-level programs associated with industry reform and enterprise bargaining. Tony went on to consult across companies in the steel, glass, transport and food processing industries. His consulting experience involved designing and conducting strategic planning forums for senior management; facilitating negotiations for enterprise agreements at company group level; investigating EEO complaints and allegations of misconduct; and acting as a mediator/arbitrator in dispute situations.
