When he joined AMMA, Jarrett had five years’ experience working as an employment relations adviser with the Queensland Hotels Association and with local government.

His advocacy experience includes the Australian and Queensland Industrial Relations Commissions, the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Anti-Discrimination Commission of Queensland.

He has undertaken lobbying in relation to Liquor licensing Queensland and in state wage cases.

Jarrett holds Degrees in Commerce (Industrial Relations) and Behavioural Science and is a certified workplace trainer.

In providing advice and advocacy support for AMMA members, Jarrett’s particular expertise is in workplace investigations, representation and in drafting workplace agreements
