Cath Pollard – Employee Relations Consultant

As a legally qualified Employee Relations Consultant based in our Melbourne office, Cath Pollard provides representation and strategic advice dealing with all aspects of workplace relations, particularly industrial relations, employment law and discrimination. 

Cath has worked in both private practice and in house roles, and also in an operational capacity as an industrial relations and human resources manager, and more recently as a principal industrial relations consultant.  Cath has worked across a broad range of sectors including health, aged care, retail, manufacturing and government, and now welcomes the mining sector to her port folio.

Applying her broad range of experience Cath has assisted and supported many of her clients in industrial relations disputes, workplace grievances, enterprise bargaining, performance management, restructuring, termination of employment, discrimination and sexual harassment complaints, interpretation of awards, agreements and legislation and drafting of workplace agreements.

Cath’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Labour Relations Law.
