Ben joined the AMMA Education and Training team in December 2008. Before joining AMMA, Ben worked in various human resources, recruitment and training positions. His roles within aviation for the Department of Defence included active service in the Middle East. Ben continues to be employed by the Royal Australian Air Force as a Careers Counsellor in a reserve capacity.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Airport Management and various other qualifications in Project Management, Workplace Training and Assessment and Frontline Management.  Ben is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) at Murdoch University.
