This is the sixth and final of the surveys conducted as part of the AREEA Workplace Relations Research Project, a collaboration between AREEA and RMIT University for the three years from 2010 to 2012.
It is hoped that Australia’s next Federal Government, the Opposition and other policy makers will use this body of research to assess how the current workplace relations (WR) legislation is performing its role of encouraging productivity growth in an environment that is fair for both business and employees.
